General

This Agreement shall be deemed to include all other notices,policies,disclaimers,and other terms contained in this Website;provided,however,that in the event of a conflict between such other terms and the terms of this Agreement,the terms of this Agreement shall control.

This Agreement has been made in and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of British Columbia. Any action to enforce this agreement shall be brought in the provincial courts located in British Columbia. If any provision is deemed to be unlawful or unenforceable,that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Any failure by Homes to Heal to enforce or exercise any provision of this Agreement or related right shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. In the event of termination of this Agreement for any reason,you agree that the provisions regarding the limitations on your use of Content and all other provisions for which survival is equitable or appropriate will survive.
